I still want a Burger

I am the carnivore's dilemma. In fact, you actually might be the dilemma too. Monday night, my roommates and I are posted up on the couch for the weekly episode of Bachelor. What are we missing? Food, obviously. We regrettably order 28 dollars’ worth of Uber Eats McDonalds, so we don't even have to leave our couch. We got the works; burgers, nuggets, fries and sodas. The point of our bachelor night appetite is that we are the dilemma. A double cheeseburger is simply an average Monday night for us.

In Robert Kunzing's article, "Carnivore's Dilemma", he addresses the problem. Americans like meat. We like meat in all forms for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dilemma is flushed with the harsh reality that eating meat is first off murder and secondly, detrimental for the environment.

Robert Kunzing approached the problem in an interactive and familiar way. Cheeseburgers are carnivores go-to when they are scanning a menu at any restaurant. The research is flushed out with images of the food itself and the cattle. The breakup of space between the research and the photographs draws attention to the audience and keeps their attention. In the close of the feature, the map of the rising demand of meat consumption from 1961 to 2011 paired with a picture of the familiar scene of a barbeque with burgers. The next question is, can we change this harmful reality of meat consumption in the United States? Because I still want a burger.
